THE OUTPOST (log cabin) 2024


Our newest project after the highly successful HOMESTEAD cabin, this Amish-built log cabin boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2500+ square feet and panoramic views of Spring Creek Valley. This rustic hilltop oasis sits on 20 acres at over 5,200 feet elevation, and comfortably sleeps 8-10 persons amidst world-class Montana taxidermy and décor carefully curated to transport our guests back to the 1800s West. Hitch your horse and relax on our 360-degree porch overlooking your own wildlife playground. We look forward to helping you make your stay with us a memorable one. Enjoy!

THE LOOKOUT (fire tower and golf facility) 2025


Scheduled to begin construction in Summer 2025, this 22 acre hilltop property will consist of a 2-4 person historically-accurate U.S. Forest Service fire lookout tower at over 5,300 feet of elevation as well as a small indoor/outdoor golf facility tucked far below. Our goal with this land is to harness views of the continental divide and valley below with family fun of putting and chipping golf balls and enjoying a sporting event at the clubhouse. A golf simulator will grace the interior clubhouse allowing guests to virtually play the world’s best courses. This venue will be available as an amenity to our renting guests as well as those who book the golf facility for special events.

THE FLATS (three small cabins and

maintenance facility) 2026


This 23 acre property will boast three small cabins suited for 2-4 persons each. These rustic cabins are slated to be built in 2026 and ready for rental in 2027. For larger groups these cabins will provide over-flow or small parties the opportunity to enjoy the area for much lower prices.
